Most see travel as an escape. I have designed my lifestyle to make it a form of R&D.
I see no border between the work I craft and the regions I travel. They've sculpted me across 55 countries and 17 years in the industry. Don't see that as a metric, but a forced education in resilience and perspectives.
Yet, the notion of border is vital. When one architects for privacy, confidentiality, integrity and availability, a border is what defines a culture. It offers a safe space for curiosity and experimentation to express themselves.
Should it be in business or in society, I often jump outside of my comfort zone to expose myself to the unknown. Observing, collecting data, identifying problems and, eventually, designing solutions for the next iterations on life or work.
This personal website is a shared space made of artefacts produced during this journey.
